This programme includes modules covering communication and call handling, sales skills, customer services, data protection and other legislation, personal development and CRM

As the programme is e-learning based, it is constantly available for just-in-time learning or refresher training.

The material can be used as part of an existing in-house programme, e.g. new staff induction, as part of a new programme you may be designing or to support a level 2 accredited programme such as the Agenti workbook based distance learning programme.
